3. Why we use it

To understand and improve how this site is used, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC. 7. How we keep it safe

・Information is stored in a database on a server we operate. ・Only our staff, signed in to a dedicated admin console, can view it. The console requires a password, locks after repeated failed attempts, and records an audit log. ・Traffic to and from this website is encrypted with SSL/TLS.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it promptly once it is no longer needed.

9. Access, correction and deletion

If you (or your representative) ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, suspend the use of, or stop sharing your personal information, please contact us below. After confirming your identity we will respond without delay, in accordance with the law.
